The ideal candidate will have strong sales and merchandising experience within the Freight & Logistics industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Promote and merchandise company products and services effectively.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and market analysis.

Requirements and Skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative with Merchandising experience in the Freight & Logistics industry.
  • Must be a Lesotho national with valid citizenship or residency.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Logistics, FMCG, and Merchandising.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to provide contactable references and proof of earnings (payslips).
